Ok, it appears these are from 1992. They were originally issued in souvenir sheet form. There were 5 sheets with 3 stamps in each sheet and the final sheet had one sheet. The Scott numbers are #2624-2629. The stamps apparently were only issued in sheet form and not as singles, meaning these have been detached from a sheet, but they are still valid and collectable

thanks for the info but to me they are just good postage it was great just using two stamps to mail a package lol I used them as space filler in my stamp book until I can get the real ones :-)

yes they are postage I think it was early or late 1900 they are not the old ones that are worth the money
