The listing, Lady Portrait Character Cameo has ended.

This is a flat-back cab. It has no hole. Would be great for wire-wrapping to make a brooch or necklace. You could use it with bezels such as those from Vintaj, if you can find the correct size. I checked Eloxite and they have bezels this size. It is made of resin and is 40 mm x 30 mm. Very beautiful with crisp details. So many possibilities!!!
