If I do NOT hear from you within 7 day AFTER I have sent item(s), I will send a friendly reminder message. If I still don't hear back from you within another 7 days. I will drop all communication and leave my feedback when the time comes. Once I have left my feedback, credits will NOT be refunded for any reason!! I give more than enough time, usually 3+ weeks, for you to receive item, mark received, leave feedback and/or message me if an issue arises! Therefore, failing to do so, will result in being blocked and ultimately losing your credits!! As per Listia Rules, it is winners responsibility to maintain adequate communication in a reasonable amount of time! I cannot address any issues, if I am not aware of them!!!
