This is a pre-printed fabric craft panel for making Rainbow Hot Air Balloons and Kites! All of the pieces have already been cut away from the background fabric (with seam allowances intact), but the kit appears to be complete, even including the instructions. There are 2 kite fronts, 2 hot air balloon fronts, and polka-dotted backing fabric for all 4. There are other little items to sew as well, including some trim pieces. These can be stitched and quilted to make wall hangings, perhaps for a nursery or child's room (or daycare), or they could be stitched and stuffed for small decorative pillows or soft toys. These have not been pre-washed and are new other than being cut out. The bright colors are great for infants to focus on the primary colors. These have been stored in a smoke-free home.
