These are definitely a fashion statement. You can wear these boots down or up and they are insulted beautifully as well. They heel is only about 3 inches high but they still give you a fashionable statement. These boots do have some scuffs however I will clean them up to look nicer before shipping. These boots have been worn several times. However they are still in rather good shape.

This item does come from a house that smokes and have a pet. However, I do air all of my item out before sending as well as febreze my items. You will never know that I have a pet or smoke.
