I LOVE RABBITS! I have three females (Beatrix, named after the author of Peter Cottontail. Ash and Star). I also have a male Dutch, he is one very regal rabbit with a huge, but adorable, testosterone fueled pompous attitude, his name is Sir Bugs Buckington the Third (there was no first or second he just needed a name to fit his attitude). Ash has a littler of two bunnies that are six weeks old and one week ago Beatrix had a litter of four.

I started breeding rabbits with some help from my parents at the age of 4. 22 years later I'm still at it, I guess I should say the bunnies are still at it ; ), but now I'm teaching my children. If you ask me it is the best way to teach kids about the birds and the bees and life and death. Even a simple creature like a rabbit can teach a human many lessons. I'm thankful for what they taught me as a child, and I'm thankful that I've been able to pass this 22 year passion on to my children.
