Items come from a non-smoking household. I do have cats....they don't smoke either.

Measurements are that of the garment....please make sure that your measurements are a little bit smaller to allow for a comfortable fit.

I will ship to Canada, that is fine. International flat rate boxes can be pretty expensive...looks like they run $27 to $35 so it might be better to calculate by weight instead of using a flat rate box. If you give me an idea of what you are interested I can better calculate it for you. Thanks!

I just weighed it and it's 11 oz without packaging...so I figure about 13 oz with and that is $5.01 to ship first class international. So....go for it! :)
