Here is a Seal Figurine Made Of Porcelain covered in a velvet material to make it look more life-like, has little black glass eyes, realistic little whiskers sticking out, and painted nose, mouth, gills etc

Made in WEST GERMANY - there is a red round sticker on the bottom with this info

Measures: 3” Long

USED CONDITION - it does have a spot on the front left leg where the fur is peeling off - not too bad but I like to mention every small detail
