No, not at all....it sticks to the skin VERY WELL....however, I suggest using a pencil type EYE~LINER to help make sure it has a substance to stick to. But, actually, the fact that it sticks so well to the skin, (ACTUALLY it sticks VERY WELL to EVERYTHING), my husband HATES it!!!! LOL :)

what all is on the eye in the pic? does it give a color plus the glitter or is it just the big glitter pieces?

1st I put on REG. *powder* eye~shadow on top lid, 2nd I put on a thick layer of *WHITE* eye~liner, 3rd *BLACK* eye~liner, 4th another *powder* eye~shadow across top of top lid, 5th defining color in crease of eye, 6th I use an eye~defining (VERY THIN) eye~shadow/liner brush & put a VERY thin amout on VERY edge of brush, 7th *DAB* *~*~*FAIRY DUST*~*~* ontop of *BLACK* eye~liner, (it helps it to stick), 8th I use a *WHITE* *CRAYON* eye~shadow very thinly under eye~brows, and 9th use the eye~liner/shadow brush put a small amt on it, dab it ontop of eye~crayon under eye~brows, 10th & FINAL step, another small amt. on brush & dab in corners of eyes under bottom lids. YES, it does add a lil color, b/c the GLITTTER is sooooo fine, its NOT CHUNKIE @ ALL!!!

I love this kind of cosmetic glitter to add just a scant pinch to some of my incenses...of course these would be my fairy incenses ;) LOL!
