If the winning bid goes over 2000, then there will be free shipping. I expect shipping address confromation and payment via paypal within 7 days of ending auction. If mailing the payment, I expect it within 14 days. Otherwise, I will not refund your credits. If notified within the 7 days after closing auction, I will try to work with you. After 30 days, there will be no waiting for payment. Shipping includes delivery confromation. I get the closest to shipping cost as possible (if this applies).
