it is black thats the lock there is no tape wrapped around the lock .its a cable with black lock on end .if you want to unlock with out key need to cut the cable.if want to lock some thing thats worth alot of money its not for that .my kids ride there bikes to school .and use the locks..i am not asking you to bid.i do not come on your auctions and make comments.you won the bids on my coke items.will send out monday.
