Well let me see if this helps, I guess let me start with it could depend on what size she measures up to. I wear a size large top now, and I used to be a little smaller when I wore this. I can stll wear it if I wanted to. I wore a Medium shirt back then. Like below my bust, right above my ribs I measure 30-31 inches around, so I know it could still fit even with a few more inches. It depends on how tight, is too tight? for her to be confident with wearing it. Can you tell me her measurements?

I can answer that for you. If you know what shirt size she wears it would be between an large and x-large. Probably on the small size for an x-large though

yea IF she IS wearing XL clothes, then I wouldn't bother trying for this to be honest BUT that is she's in XL. I'd go by the rib and stomach measurements though because if she's wearing XL tops because she's got a big rack, lo, but she has a tiny waist. Then heck ya, she'd be cute in this.
