I am sorry about the delay in answering your questions,, <3 The dress is by Jodi Kristopher and has a polyester lining. The bust measured from seam to seam without any stretching is 14 inches across the front. The waistline across the front is 13 inches and the hips 15 inches. Approximate measuring, was a little different because the dress has the poly slip underneath. But soft and has some flow to it. I hope I answered your questions =) Sorry I hadn't measured a dress before,,lol only went off of given size. But let me know if there is anything else I can answer!

It was purchased in the petites section and is sold at Dilliards. I don't know if this will help much or not but it fits me perfectly and I am 5'1 and 105 lbs. And thank you for looking! =)
