Up for auction is a 1937 Commemorative stamp of the 43rd Convention of the American Philatelic Society printed by the Treasury Dept Bureau of Engraving and Printing, under the authority of the infamous James A Farley, Postmaster General for President Franklin D. Roosevelt. (Goggle "Farley's Follies" for more info).

Stamp is OG with 2 hinge marks but otherwise unused, from a smoke free home. Thank you for bidding!
