thanks for your interest and electronics are so hard to trust on here but this one trust me you will not be dissapointed it is 2 weeks old and all my son did was switch and he broke his other one like this and att replaced it because he has the att insurance the only thing they would not replace was the back of it and his aint even bad hardly not a knick or a scratch this truly is brand brand new used 1 week and a half thats it and the new phone he got he switched it over this has a clean esn no credit problems no nothing =)

well whatever ya call it lol i have no knowledge of these phones really but i can say he has great credit and he still has att and switched to the phone i won him so if by anychance there is a problem with the last owners of these things there wont be any with this one

he like pinched the glas with his fingers and the keyboard pops up its hard to explain but you probably know what i am talking about where you kinda like drag and slide everything to flip pages and stuff it was my sons but it does have a keyboard but it doesnt slide out like a qwerty board like my phone it pops up behind the glass and its a touch screen sorta i hope this helps cause i feel like a big idiot trying to explain it LOL
