Is this marked on the back to tell whether it's sterling? And it's not clear in the picture what the pendant looks like...is it an oval sapphire surrounded by tiny diamonds? Can you give measurements of the dimensions, like how big the pendant is and the length of the necklace? Thanks so much, this sounds really pretty!
