hanging is almost square it measures 26x27.. and parrot is 9 inches

Also it's kinda hard to tell from the 1 picture if it's laying on other fabric(s) for display or not so I ask if it's just the round section in red or is it with the square flower and red outer boarder sections included as part of it?
