This Dollar Bill was my late farther's. It is well used, but I thought someone here on listia might want it.

I thought it was pretty interesting that on the bottom of the bill it says: ONE DOLLAR in SILVER payable to the bearer on demand!

Nice! This is referred to as a 'Silver Certificate' and you could in-fact take this to a bank and exchange it for a silver dollar. That ended in the summer of 1965...
