Attention listian who are barbie collectors, up for auction are these three 1999 special nude barbie. the two blonde and a brunette were all sold nude, but i wrapped the top with ribbon to post on this site. each doll has the 1999 stamp and the word mattel on their backs. each doll is jointed at the neck, shoulders, hips with bendable knees. check out the blonde with the silver tatoos on her legs. each doll is in very good condition, with minimum ware, the hair could use some t.l.c. they have been stored in a smoke free home for over 12ys. i never got around to making cloths. each dolls is a little over 11" tall. the winner will also get a surprise 2009 petit doll. check them out and let me know if you have questios.
happy bidding

they are ooak if they have been customized with tatoos and enhanced faces.. what are u the doll police? lol! if you read the info and think about it you would understand that they are enhanced and indeed vintage and OOAk.. Btw im the doll justice force and im called in for more serious cases ususaly due to my extensive training but this was too mean for me to ignore! dont bid on them if your angry or confused! these are too fabulous and evidently destined for my exclusive collection! Peace out! fanned bidding and free regulation .. THE DOLL FORCE!!

Thanks for your imput. I really did not mean to upset any one. These are three great dolls to add to anyone's collection. As I get older I have downsized all my collections and I look for items to list with the hope that they will end up in a home where they will be appreciated.
Thanks

im just saying these are vintage and NOT ooak. they arent ooak because they have not been specially made or customized after purchase. these are not one in a million they are one of millions. i have a box of barbies with 2 of those same dolls and they arent really even vintage. they are just a little old. and dahvia i dont waste my time bidding early so my credits get held. i wait till the last minute so i have a better shot at winning.

How are they one of a kind??

please note that OOAK is a term used with many customized dolls. These dolls have special beautiful wide eyes with long painted on lashes and a open mouth smile. I could not find my dolls, but did find on Ebay a few in the series and they also use the OOAK.

ooak dolls are customized. how have these been customized to be one of a kind?

As I stated before, this is a term used on many dolls, that have special features, like the one with tatoos, and the special over the top painted on faces that was used for the dolls. There is nothing on the doll themselves that say OOAK except for other retailing promotion. These beautiful dolls are for someone who wants to add to their collection of Barbie and appreciate what they are. If you are looking for a doll with papers that say "made by hand, one only these are not the dolls for your.

im just saying you cant use the term one of a kind if it isnt one of a kind. if they have not been customized and they where sold like this in the stores they are not ooak. they are just vintage. vintage is good in its own way but selling them as ooak when they are indeed not ooak is against the rules.
