An old cereal-box prize, Tony the Tiger but all in blue. I guess early-mid 60's? Before we worried about choking hazards, apparently. Maybe mom said "Let's keep this in the package and put it in your special treasures box!" Because little Jimmy ate more junk than that shark in "Jaws".
