You are bidding on one of George Foreman's great workout dvds! If you have not watched one of his dvds, they are very instructional and simple to do.

This workout dvd is great for someone starting to do exercises again, coming out of rehab or is a beginner that has never exercised using a workout dvd . This dvd is choreographed to be very, very easy and instructional. It also features reknown fitness instructor, Petra Kolber. She is a blast!
Workout always starts with an instructional pep talk, then the workout itself.

I have some of George Foreman's other workout dvds and have watched this one. Each one is awesome!

DVD is approximately 44 minutes. It is not in original case, but I will send it in a new jewel case. There are some scratches on dvd, but my "play in 2 dvd player test" shows it worked in each dvd player with NO problems.
