I only used it a few times, I don't have a lot of use for a travel size one so I'm sharing! I love to share!! :) I have shown in photos 2 & 3 the iron in both the on & off position so that you can see the light is on and it works :) This little gem is perfect for travel, nights out & for the gym bag for those touch ups when needed. I have a bigger one, but I am awful at doing my hair. Do you find that a little one like that is easier to manipulate?

I think it would be. It's smaller and lighter so it would be easier to handle In my opinion. And you would section of smaller portions of hair so it would be good practice too. I hope I helped. This is just my opinion though. I wold not recommend this as a main flat iron for someone with super thick or super long hair, just as a travel size or for touch ups on that hair type. It's not ideal for those hair types because you may get frustrated as it takes longer to straighten in smaller sections. Good luck if you decide to bid :)

Thanks for your response; it really helped. I had long hair and just cut it so now it's right above my shoulders with a lot of layers. So I think a small flat iron will be good, and I will be getting some credits in about 9 days ;)

Hi, it's me again... I don't want to be a pest... I was looking at flat irons in a store a little while ago and didn't see any really little ones. I was wondering if you would mind telling me the length of this?

No problem :) The actual heating element is about 21/2 inches and the iron itself is about 6 inches long, I show in photo number 5 above where I measured it. :)

Does it get very hot? I know some flat irons with just on and off vary in how hot they get. I go out every weekend to visit my in-laws, and this would be perfect for me! Watching :)
