This auction is for one (1) STAR WARS Millennium Falcon pencil sharpener. It is made by RoseArt BRAND (Since 1923) and was produced in 1997. It's made of plastic and is extremely cool looking. For #2 and colored pencils.

This item is still new and in its original packaging.

Is there a little box that will hold the pencil shavings or does one need to hold the pencil sharpner over the trash can as one uses it?

The sharpener put together for use is the Millennium Falcon as shown. To empty after use, lift off the top of the Falcon, and empty your shavings by dumping them out. There's a note in the top right of the second picture about it. :)
