it has adhesive . the box said's clean your skin prior to wearing unbra. it said's for a better adhesion, they recomment that use skin-pre protective wipes. skin prep will form a protective coating that will ensure the adhesion of the unbra adhesive to the skin. also by using this special skin prep you can extend the life of your unbra adhesive. you can get the skin-pre protective wipes at wal-mart.
