actually no, i wear these and i don't have thick hair. my mom also uses them and she has really thin hair. as long as u don't put the clip EXACTLY on top of your head, above all hair. then you won't see it. as for it slipping out and pulling your hair if wet, no. i've gotten them wet before, it doesn't slip out or damage your hair. please check your facts before posting lies

Are these metal or plastic clips? Because if they're metal seanmfbobby is right. Ive been wearing clip ins for 4 years and tried swimming in them, but both my hair and the clip ins got messed up causing me to have to get a new pair. So not to be rude, but wearing clip ins in a pool or ocean would be a less than wonderful idea.

F and W! I must say I have used these for years. I have gotten them wet and they never ruined or messed up. I just graduated from cosmetology school, and unless you just do not know what you are doing, they will NOT mess up your hair. I have put these on so many clients, it's crazy. All of whom are very satisfied. So with that said, Good luck!

I wasn't trying to be rude or nasty, so you don't need to be either. and I'm telling from EXPERIENCE... I've worn clip in extensions for over 7 years. If you read any of the packages or online it says you're not supposed to wear while swimming, showering, etc. It's completely unhealthy & damaging for your hair to do that. I was just giving some advice.
