On the outside of the Circular Hourglass Pendant, can you tell me what its engraving reads exactly?

The only around the glass is the stars. There is nothing else engraved on it. (•:

Oh alright! I was just wondering, as I saw a Pendant just like that one, and out the very outside of the circles, it had some sort of saying, but I was never able to read the whole thing!
