if theauction says winner pays for shipping then dont let them talk you out of it. Shipping to any agddress if using a flat rate USPS bubble envelope is only $4.90 plus .85 cent for tracking numbers. so dont let them tell you if listia set your shipping that its free, because they have to abide by the auction terms according to listia rules so they pay for shipping. And we all have the same shipping options you did find them in order for the words winner pays for shipping to appear, otherwise it would have been blank.
