are they slightly stretchy or do they zip up? and how long are they?

They aren't stretchy and yes they do zip up, I don't have a tape measure, but the inseams on them look to be about an inch or so, they are pretty short on me and I'm 5'5

Sorry, I was thinking that this comment was for the shorts I also listed! haha, they do have zippers on the sides and they aren't a stretchy material, but the length is about knee length on me
