Hello! This box will contain mystery items that can be from any category on listia and follow guidelines. No I pack these boxes myself with items from stores or gently used items. I typically only send new items and before packing the boxes I try to ask the winner a few questions to help me better pack the box. I hope this answers any questions you have.
