SLIP OVER YOUR NECK, AND TIE IT AT YOUR LOWER BACK, as is, this is in very good used condition, last shot shows that the symbols have some fray edges, loose threads (there was no other button on the neckline so i sewed it shut on one end, and one of the straps needed some slight repair so I did that part by hand; no returns, so please make sure that this is what you want.
