The box cover only says "small'. I wear a 6.5 and it's just a tiny bit loose on me, so ..maybe a 6.3/4? It will work for a 7 though, because it has a sizer adjustment thing on the inside of the ring that you can make tighter or a little looser. Probably only a half size or so. The sizer thing is built into the ring..on the inside of the band.
Pretty cool if you ask me.
