This is true! The center perfectly holders a votive candle! And fom pedal to pedal is 3ins.and from pedal to loop handle 4ins., really fair size to simply light an area and to show off the flowers! I just never once used them after I bought them, they sat around with a votive candle never lit! Crazy, but true!
