This is a Dazzle DVC100, Many people start out using these when recording/streaming video games (xbox 360, ps3, etc) It is not high definition, I am including the rca splitters for free, as they can add up in price if you have to go and get them from Best Buy.

* WHAT THIS UNIT DOES *
The Dazzle DVC100 is an external usb capture card, you can plug a camera/game system/dvd player/whatever into it that uses RCA cables and capture the video onto your computer for streaming, or youtube or whatever you want. These are very popular for beginner recorders.

This Comes with the original box, the DVC100 unit, and the free rca splitters. I do not know if the manual is even still in the box.

I have clearly stated the installation cd does not come with this device, I am looking tirelessly to find it and will include it if I am able to do so. If you did not read the description you will be unable to make a claim.
