Has this been cut to a specific size or just had pieces cut out? Also are all the pieces there?

GLAD YOU ASKED THIS QUESTION The pieces in this pattern are for SIZE 12 ONLY... & have all been cut except for the hat. I WILL EDIT THE DESCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY AND refund your bid at the end of the auction if you don't want the pattern and no one else bids...BIG THANK YOU...Talley

Thanks hun. I appreciate you getting back to me. It's super cute. I wish it would fit but there is no way I can fit anything with a 32 bust or 32 hips, lol. I hope the winning bidder can use it though. :-)
