The products really do smell great and I do like them. But I have to be honest- I think the commercial is kind of contrived because I have really frizzy hair and anyone that can style hair can make it look great! I'm not that good at styling, though... But that commercial with the twins is (I think) ridiculous; I think they just did not style the "bad hair" twin's hair. Nevertheless, the products are really good. Hope that answered your question :)

LOL I can totally relate to the rat's nest thing and I laughed when I read this! My long hair was frizzy and it was time to let it go.,..the guy that did my hair made it look GREAT, but I am struggling to replicate his work. French braids are very pretty.

Wen is excellent for dry hair; that's why I use it. Bear in mind though that this auction is for texture balm and styling creme, not the cleansing stuff. But yes, it is GREAT for dry hair. I have really really dry hair.
