I won this dress in a LIstia Auction, but it doesnt fit me they I hoped it would so I'm relisting it. SUPER CUTE.

Red, White & Brown Paisley & Flowery Sundress in Excellent Used Condition. From the Flying Tomato Clothing Company. Size Adult Medium. About 35 inches long, 15 inches across below the bust, flairs out to 28 inches across the bottom. From a Smoke-Free Home.

Your title says it's a medium... but it's only 15" across under the bust? Should we assume this dress runs very small?

I have a flat 36" bust, and it fits fine. I'm not 100% sure how to do the measurements, but I used a tape measure while the dress was on a hanger.
