This is an Upper Deck Rookie Exchange Card. Back in 1993, you would send this back to the company, and receive the 1993 NBA Draft Picks Silver Version Set.

Unfortunately, the time to exchange s past. I'm sure everyone who had this card traded it in. Here's one that wasn't, in case you're into that.

Amazon says they sell them, but don't show a picture of it. Seems pretty easy.

Free Shipping as always. I'll send in in a bubble envelope with a couple stamps on it. It's in a hard plastic sleeve, as it has been since I got it, in 1993.
