I have a 100% feedback rating, and pride myself on good customer service. (As stated above I usually mail with in 72hrs but I would like to mention that per Listia rules I do have 7 days to ship the item, usually I ship with in 3 (72 hrs) after the auction is closed but there might be times when I will not send within three days, if thats the case I will email and let you know.) PLEASE speak to me BEFORE you leave negative feedback, since once you leave feedback you cant change it.
If I do not hear from you or receive shipping in the 7 days then I will keep the credits and relist. If you bid and then decide you do not want then I like many here on Listia do not refund credits.
