I see all these auctions talking about giving you instructions on how to make a tutu. Well I can tell you how to make a tutu and I'll provide all the materials you need!

Included:
*video with step by step instructions
* 5 yards uncut tutu material; Tulle (2 yards hot pink, 2 yards white, 1 yard black)
* 1 yard cut material; Tulle (black)
* Stretchy Hairband to tie Tulle on to make tutu, Hairband stretchable and will fit newborn to 10 years

This is enough material to make what is pictured above. It will be long and full just like that. I don't like the skimpy Titus some people make and I think you'll also love the "Full" look of it. This is perfect to wear when taking pictures or for you child to play around in. They will love it. The Hairband is thick so it will not hurt the baby/child's waist and will feel very comfortable. This tutu is extremely easy to make and I'm sure this will be perfect of you're into arts and crafts. Your child can even help in making the tutu!

would these materials be enough to make a tutu slirt for a thin 11 or 12 year old my sister really wants 1 for her birthday which is june 7 so i hope i win

Yes it would be more than enough. An average tutu is about 4 yards but because I have 3 colors there is 6 yards. It will be fairly long also so it would be a good size. The one I have posted that is done, is what I have material for except the pink is brighter an more of a hot pink.
