I'm wondering, if they are interchangable, do they come out very easily? And is it every a problem keeping them IN (would I need to worry about losing one by it falling out when I wasn't paying attention?)?

the balls come out through the inside of ring so if your wearing it they never come out! they click in and wont ever come out if your wearing it
