Sure they will, usually when the seed is properly stored it will last for at least 3 years if not more but of course the shorter the storage time the more viable the seeds will be. 2010 is the harvested year for growing in 2011 season so, basically you are only one season out. I've planted seeds from 2009 and it still growing fine, just takes time. Hope this helps.
