Another hand-woven necklace, made with amber colored glass seed beads (11/0), 14" with a 3" extender, Lobster claw clasp, (clasp, extender & bead tips are all sterling.)
The larger beads are about 2mm and are amber glass, and free-form, with an "oil-slick" color. Very pretty!

OK, checked the USPS website, and they had this:
Priority Mail Padded Envelope; $16.95
First-Class MailĀ® International Large Envelope; $1.75
SO.....it's cheaper to send it there than here.....if the $1.75 is right, usually it's $1.95 US & Canada.....I'm in Lansing, MI 48906, you can look it up if you want. I usually use a 4 x 5 inch padded envelope.
Hope that helps???

Wow, what a difference between first class and priority!!!
I checked USPS, and not knowing the weight of the necklace I estimated up to 3 ounces, and for First-Class MailĀ® International Large Envelope, they estimated $3.31, so I guess it all hinges on the weight.
First class shipping from here starts out more expensive than yours for anything over 20g (and envelopes/boxes are not included in the price), but registered (priority with tracking) is never more than double that, weight for weight.

Or... I can give you the address of my friend in the US -- she's also a Listian!

I think you're incredibly talented making this necklace, it's gorgeous! And the lattice work looks like Celtic knotwork, which I love!

Well, then why don't we make the postage $$3.50?, that should work, and I can refund anything over that. They don't weigh much, about 1/2 ounce. But if that works for you, let me know.....I never though of Celtic knot work, it does look a little like that, doesn't it? And I love Celtic knot work too!

if you send this in a small padded envelope within the US it is 1.95 thru the post office and add'l .85 for delivery confirmation. If you have a paypal acct you can print from there. You can even print labels with different names. I use the first class parcel option and it is 2.43 within the U.S. You will be able to tell if you have her info and add it manually in paypal(you must have an acct). It will give you a price which would include delivery confirmation. You can print the label at home and its cheaper. hope I was able to help

Printing address labels with Paypal only gives you 'priority mail' as an option to ship internationally, and I was told that starts at over $16.00! o_o
