Okay, thank you and sorry I didn't put a picture of the back on the site, it is all gold on the back, it's not a new piece, but I don't think it's ever been worn and yes, it fastens like a safety pin...I guess, it was my grandmother's and it's just been sitting in my jewelry box for a couple years now!
