This is a very cute ladies' hot pink and black polyester/spandex blend spaghetti strap dress made by I.C.O.
It has a 'v' neck in the front and and elasticized back. Empire waist.

measurements:

bust: 32-34 inches
Waist: 30 inches
length (from the armpit to the bottom): 28 inches

Truly gorgeous, this dress is has never been worn and is in excellent condition.
