This is a 100% authentic brand new (Vintage) never been used bottle from the original company, Elizabeth Arden. The company was created in 1940 so this is the pure, original formula. The company has since changed hands twice up to present day and the formula has been changed and weakened. This boxed bottle came from an estate sale and the box is still sealed at the top, the bottom has a flap that comes open for examination as the box was made in this manner.
