This is New with tags Guess Sheer Black dress shirt. It is an XS. It has a collar and ruched sleeves on both sides. Sleeves measure about 12" from shoulder down. It has 9 buttons from collar to the bottom of the hem. Each button is black with silver trim and is about 1/4" in diameter. It is 25" in length from shoulder to the bottom hem. Chest area is about 16" wide. It also has a 3" x 4" pocket on the left side of the chest with Guess on a metal placard.

This is really a nice classic shirt, always in fashion. You could wear it for work or wear it casually or use it for going out.
