Questions & Comments

Kim, being that I have been an aromatherapist for years and study stones including precious stones and semi-precious stones. I wanted to let you know that Howlite and Blue Lapis are two different stones. I was a little confused by the title. Howlite is actually a knock off which many for years have dyed and tried to pass off as Turquoise. It has only about a 3.3-3.5 on the hardness scale. So I am curious are these just dyed Howlite made too look like Blue Lapis because they can't be both? Thanks, this definately would effect my bid as a bidder as I know Lapis is more expensive than Howlite. Thanks Again!

I wish I had a degree in geology to give you a with certainty answer, however, I don't. The tag affixed to this bag of beads has it listed with this title, I didn't just make it up. So I cannot answer your question with any degree of certainty. i just deferred to the description in front of me in black & white on the bag's sticker. Kim
