The screen is broken/cracked. The phone has a bad esn. No, it can only be used with Sprint if it didn't have a bad esn. When turned on phone functions like a phone without service. ********This phone is for parts********

Any phone can turn on without service. You just can't make any calls, text, internet ect.
The other feathers of phone will work as normal.
