Has an on/pff button, allows you to adjust fan speed (RPM slide on the side of the fan), lights up blue to let you know that it is powered on, and provides a nice stand for your computer (it elevates it a little bit to whatever angle you prefer). Is it really the NotePal X2 that you linked, or an older version cooler that is similar? Yours looks thicker, but it's hard to tell from the photo angles.
