Description

The listing, any "VINTAGE ADVERTISEMENT" lovers out there?? has ended.

these are "ORIGINAL" advertising prints dated from 1946-1951
they are individually framed in cardboard w/a sticker label that looks like the following:

Original Private Collector's Life Magazine Series
(dated) - Original #A***
Individual Artistic Creations by Collectible Dealer (TM)
All Rights Reserved 1987

(guess i could take a pic of one of the labels to show later and add it)

HOWEVER... i'm only sending the advertisements w/out the frames and here's why......
"i don't have a gazillion dollars to spend on shipping" and the frames are heavy. sorry
these pics would look really cool in glass frames hanging on a wall in any room.
so here's info on pics 1-10:

1). odd man out starring james mason, robert newton & fay compton 1947 original #A124
2). englander mattress 1948 original #A143
3). rca victor record radio 1946 original #A509
4). schick injector razor 1946 original #A096 (WOW! the razor's sold for $1.25 and 10 blades for 50 cents...20 for 75 cents)
5). welch's grapelaide, orange marmalaide, grape juice, tomato juice, & grape jelly (didn't even know they made 1st, 2nd or 4th one) 1947 original A #065
6). pacific wordsteds woolens mens suits 1947 original #A065
7). blatz beer 1951 original #A049
8). lucky strike cigarettes 1951 original #c551
9). palmolive bar soap 1944
10). 1847 rogers bros. silverplate silverware

Hi again, what are the sizes of these are they all the same? like avg. magazine size? TY again
May 26th, 2012 at 8:32:29 PM PDT by
Original
they came out of 1940's & 50's time magazines. the pages are bigger than the standard magazine sizes now-a-days; side to side (across) is 10.25 inches and length
(up/down) is 14 inches.
